CKEA provides a range of consultancy services to meet the requirements of its clients. The following sample provides an overview of these services. 

Energy Efficiency Services for Public Buildings

We provide a range of services in partnership with our clients to deliver energy and cost savings.

  • Detailed energy audits & financial appraisal of efficiency projects

  • Energy supplier analysis & tariff optimisation

  • Advice on grant aid

  • Carbon footprint analysis 

  • Supporting energy awareness campaigns

  • Overall Sustainable Energy Action Planning. 

 

Sustainable Design & Building Energy Rating Services

CKEA offers a comprehensive BER Design Service which involves working with the developer from the design stage to attain a specified BER Target.  

  • Full DEAP (BER) assessment of your current design

  • Assessment of element values that could be cost effectively improved

  • Assessment of technologies that could be used to improve BER Rating

  • Registered final BER

  • We also work with the Association of Irish Energy Agencies (AIEA) to deliver the Certificate in Building Energy Rating.
     

Renewable Energy Projects

CKEA can advise on building integrated renewable energy technologies and renewable energy project developments.  Our services include:

 

  • Scoping analysis for suitable renewable energy applications
  • Detailed feasibility & financial analysis
  • Advice and preparation of grant applications
  • Information and support for developers of alternative energy projects including technology, resource and market assessments. 

Information and Awareness Programme
